Rohan & Sons, Inc. has an installation/construction department that offers high quality custom installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. All makes, models, and name brands are provided as per our recommendations and your particular requests.
Our in-house metal shop enables our installers to design and fabricate custom metal plenum collector boxes, various sizes of square and rectangular ducts and transitions to adapt to your existing or new HVAC application.
Other services include commercial tenant improvements, residential remodels, and new construction (custom homes).

Residential and Commercial Services
Rohan & Sons, Inc. offers quality service on existing and new heating and air conditioning equipment for our residential and commercial customers. Our service technicians are trained and certified in servicing all name brand makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment, including forced air furnaces, wall heaters, hydronic applications, condensing units, heat pump and water source heat pump split systems, roof top packaged units, and industrial boilers and chillers. We offer several universal components and stock many of them in our service vehicles and local warehouses. Any special order and OEM items can be ordered though our vast selection of HVAC vendors.
We also offer free estimates for installation of all new heating and air conditioning equipment.

Preventive Maintenance Services
Rohan & Sons, Inc. has devised their own Preventive Maintenance Contract for commercial and residential customers. This includes a routine service agreement scheduled every 30, 60, or 90 days. For all heating and air conditioning applications our services include:
- Oil and lube all motors and pulley bearings
- Inspect all belts and pulleys
- Check pressure controls and safety devices
- Change filters and clean drain lines with Co2
- Check refrigeration charge and test for leaks
- Clean air cooled condensers
- Check thermostats and motor starters
- Check rotation of fans and speeds
- Check and clean condensate drip pans and drains
- Check and clean condensing unit manually and with Co2
- Check pilot lights and fan limit controls in furnaces
